Stunning church left to decay, judging by the amount of bird droppings I would say its been empty for some time, Grade II listed its really was something special, the ceilings were incredibly impressive!

Church. 1846 by J. B. Chantrell in Early English style. Coursed
gritstone with ashlar dressings. Welsh slate roof. West tower,
7-bay nave with lean-to aisles, 3-bay chancel with later vestry
on north side. The square, 3-stage west tower has set-back buttresses
and a splay-footed stone spire with lucarnes, on a deep corbel table.
Lancet openings to the tower including those of the bell-chamber.
Small blind arcade at base of tower on west side, and doorway on
south side. Small lancet windows to aisles, small paired lancets to
clerestorey. larger lancets to chancel with triple group forming
the east window. All have hood moulds and carved stops.

Interior: 7-bay arcade to north and south on quatrefoil piers with
moulded capitals and arches. West gallery, on slender columns, with
arcaded front. Vaulted roof with ribs and bosses, all in timber and
plaster. Pews with doors. The chancel has been separated off to form
ancillary accommodation and has lowered ceiling.
